When you fill in the enquiry form or email me, I receive only what you provide: your name, email address, company name or website address, the service you chose, your budget, preferred start date and project description.
Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and, if we agree, draw up a contract. I don't use your data for newsletters or advertising and don't share it with third parties for marketing. Legal basis: the consent you give in the form, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
If we don't start working together, I delete your enquiry within 12 months at the latest. If we sign a contract, the data is kept for as long as accounting law requires.
The website hosting provider (Hostinger) and the email provider, only as far as needed for the website and email to work.
The website uses essential cookies to work properly. With your consent, analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are also used so I can see how visitors use the site. Google Analytics collects anonymised information: pages visited, device type and approximate location. You can change your consent at any time via the cookie banner.
Some pages contain affiliate links, for example to Hostinger. If you buy a service through such a link, I may receive a commission. It costs you nothing extra. Once you click the link, your data is handled by that provider under its own privacy policy.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing or withdraw your consent. Email ieva@kisunaite.lt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
