Namai Kaune
A brand and website for a Kaunas construction company that shows buyers not only the homes for sale, but also the ones planned and already built.
Challenge
The construction company had been building and selling homes in Kaunas and the Kaunas district for several years, but it had neither a brand nor a website of its own. Buyers couldn’t see the full picture of the company’s work, what was being built now, what was planned and what was already finished, and without that picture it’s hard to trust a builder. The company needed a brand and a website that would speak to families looking for their first home, build trust and bring enquiries straight to the company.Solution
- The brand. I created the “Namai Kaune” brand and logo: simple, clear and easy to remember.
- The whole story in one place. I grouped the projects by status: for sale, planned and completed. Each project has its own page, so buyers see not only what they can buy today, but also where the company is heading.
- Distinctive yet approachable design. A clean, architectural style with bold accents sets the website apart from typical property listings and shows that the company cares about details.
- A simple enquiry. In the enquiry form buyers can tick the projects they’re interested in straight away, so there’s no need to write long emails.
- Tech and content. I built the website on WordPress, wrote the copy and took care of technical and on-page SEO.
Result
The project took about two months, and the website launched in March 2026. The company now has a place where buyers can see its whole story, from homes already built to those still being planned, and get in touch with the builder directly.Testimonial
